Please read the following Terms and Conditions of Use carefully before accessing, using or obtaining any materials, information, products or services. By accessing the Al Deira valet website, mobile phone or tablet application, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions.

Definition of the Al Deira valet Platform

Al Deira valet is an electronic application and an integrated system designed to manage the entry and exit of individuals with their vehicles from paid parking lots using our systems.

The system facilitates quick entry into parking lots, simplifies the reservation process via the app without the need for a parking ticket, and enables a seamless payment system through the app’s wallet, where payments are made in advance via KNET electronic transfer.

Customer Terms

1- Advance Booking:

You can reserve a specific parking spot in a specified location to facilitate entry. Upon arrival, you must present the QR Code, which the assigned site operator will scan. The same process is repeated upon exit to calculate the waiting period.

2- On-Arrival Booking:

Upon reaching the site, the assigned operator can add a parking spot using the customer’s phone number while maintaining customer privacy. A QR Code will be sent via WhatsApp along with the customer’s email and password. The parking duration will then be calculated for the specified location.

Prepaid Parking:

  1. The balance in the app wallet must be at least 1 Kuwaiti Dinar to use this service.

  2. If multiple vehicles are registered, the customer must select the vehicle for which the advance booking is required.

  3. Charges are calculated from the time of the advance booking until exiting the parking lot.

  4. The customer must adhere to the assigned parking spot unless the booking is canceled.

  5. If a customer reserves a spot but is unable to use the service, the booking amount will be deducted until the reservation is canceled.

  6. In case advance booking is unavailable, a barcode will be issued to be scanned at the entrance to lift the barrier. For security reasons, avoid sharing barcode details as they are for personal use only and can only be used once.

For Customers Using Our System

  1. Registration

    Upon downloading the app from the Apple or Android store and accepting the terms and conditions, you can register by filling out a user application form.

  2. The vehicle’s data is used to link the app wallet verified by the system.

  3. Fees

    Parking fees are calculated by the site management. No additional charges are imposed by us, and the total cost is strictly for the parking service.

  4. Notifications and Alerts

    An email is sent to the customer after each wallet top-up via KNET electronic payment, including details of the added balance and the time of the transaction.

  5. Notifications are sent to the customer after each vehicle entry and exit.

  6. The customer agrees that the company may collect and use relevant technical data and provided information to facilitate services.

  7. The system owner bears no liability for any damage to vehicles in parking lots using our system or compensation for such damages.

  8. The use of our system is subject to its privacy policy (regarding personal data) and cannot be accessed except by authorization from competent judicial authorities.

  9. Customers are not allowed to leave vehicles in parking lots overnight. In such cases, legal actions may be initiated. For breakdowns, the customer must act promptly and not leave the car in the parking lot.

  10. If the service fee exceeds the wallet balance, the available balance will be deducted, and the customer will be allowed to exit. The remaining amount must be paid as soon as possible, or legal actions may be taken under Kuwaiti law.

  11. Only vehicles registered in the system can use the service. Other vehicles must be registered first.

  12. If the customer has no balance, they cannot enter or exit the parking lot and must use traditional paper tickets with cash payment.

  13. The company is not responsible for valuables left inside the vehicle.

  14. In case of a collision/accident, the customer bears full responsibility for the consequences. It is the customer’s duty to notify our contact center or any on-site security personnel immediately.
